Guest safety and comfort are our top priorities. All tours are weather and water-condition dependent and are subject to the Captain's discretion. Weather forecasts and lake conditions will be evaluated approximately 24 hours before your scheduled tour. While there may be days when conditions are technically safe for boating -  wind, waves, rain, or other factors may create an experience that is less comfortable or enjoyable for guests. In those cases, TripleB Wine Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a tour. If a tour is canceled due to weather or lake conditions, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.

TripleB Wine Tours requires guests to be able to safely board and exit the boat and navigate winery docks, walkways, and tasting room entrances. Guests should be comfortable walking short distances and stepping into and out of the vessel, which may require balance and mobility on uneven or moving surfaces. If you have questions about accessibility or specific mobility needs, please contact us before booking. We are happy to discuss whether this experience is a good fit for you or your group.

Your tour price includes private boat transportation and a customized Cayuga Lake wine tour experience for your group. Wine tastings, food, beverages, winery fees, and purchases made at wineries are not included and are the responsibility of each guest.

To reserve your tour, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date will forfeit the deposit unless the reservation can be rebooked or rescheduled at the Captain's discretion. If TripleB Wine Tours cancels a tour prior to departure due to weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any deposit or payments made. If a tour must be shortened after departure due to weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, TripleB will work with guests to provide a fair partial refund or future tour credit based on the portion of the experience completed. Guests are encouraged to arrive at their designated pickup location on time. Tours may be shortened if a delayed arrival impacts the scheduled itinerary. We understand that unexpected situations arise and will do our best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests whenever possible.
